    How can I sign up for monthly shipments?

    You can sign up for monthly shipments by going to the Subscriptions page located in the main menu. Here you can choose between the Weekday Warrior, Adventurer, or custom bundle depending on your preference.

    Are there membership fees?

    There are no membership fees! You can sign up, pause, and cancel a membership at no cost.

    Do I need to sign a contract for the membership?

    Membership details are found in the Terms and Conditions. When you sign up for your free membership, you also accept the Terms and Conditions of the site.

    Why is Paired Club unique?

    • Paired Club is unique compared to other wine clubs for a few reasons. We don’t charge sign-up fees, membership fees, or cancellation fees, and you can pause or cancel your membership hassle-free at your convenience! We also ship across BC and offer pickup for local orders so you can save on shipping fees.
    • We aim to provide you with the ultimate wine tasting experience by taking the guesswork out when choosing wine. We have curated specific bundles for members picked by our sommeliers, providing you with hard-to-find wines from BC and around the world every month, shipped right to your door.
      We recommend wines based on your own tasting palette! By taking our quiz, you can receive personalized wine recommendations.

    How can I give a subscription as a gift to someone else?

    The recipient can receive an email gift notification of their subscription after you’ve purchased it, or it can be shipped directly to their home or business as a surprise. Account information such as the name, address, and phone number of the recipient must be provided.

    Do I get to choose the wines that come in bundles?

    If you choose to go with the Weekday Warrior or Adventurer bundles, you will receive our sommelier-picked wines from BC and around the world. Here you can choose between a 2, 4, or 6 pack and whether you’d like all whites, reds, or a mixed bundle. Otherwise, you can design your own by choosing a custom bundle and taking the quiz so our sommelier team can recommend wines based on your personal taste!

    Can I change my monthly package?

    To change your monthly package, go to Account Details and navigate to My Subscriptions. There you can change your subscription plan, cancel or pause, disable/enable auto-renew and view the payment date.

    Do I have to be a Paired Club member to order wine?

    If you would like to order our Occasion Boxes or trial Subscription bundle, there is no need to be a Paired Club member. However by becoming a Paired Club member, you have access to our curated wines, special promotions and discounts, virtual tasting events plus many more perks, just by signing up.

    Does Paired Club offer a guarantee?

    • Damaged product: While our packaging provides a safe nest for your wine, occasionally bottles do get broken in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the broken bottle within 7 days of receiving your order to wineteam@pairedclub.com and we will gladly work out an acceptable solution for you.
    • Corked bottle: Should you need to return a bottle to us due to the wine being off or corked, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide details as to how you can return the at least ¾ full bottle to us for a refund.
    • Dislike a bottle: We recognize that trying a new and unfamiliar wine can sometimes be challenging for your palate. Our wines have been chosen for their unique and interesting qualities and we ask you to keep an open mind when trying them to allow yourself the opportunity to introduce new experiences into your wine journey. We encourage you to further explore the wines you’ve received by attending a virtual tasting.
    • Another option is to customize your monthly bundle package by taking the quiz  we’ve designed to determine your tasting profile. You can choose your own personalized wine bundle package monthly or recurring, curated by our sommelier team based on your unique tasting profile.

    Shipping

    Does Paired Club ship their wines?

    Yes! We aim to provide you with the best shipping experience with delivery available throughout BC from our trusted courier partners.

    Do I have the option to pick up my order?

    Package pick-up is available through our retail partner: Bimini’s Liquor Store in Kitsilano located at 2018 W. 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC

    When can I expect my package?

    • The delivery time will depend on your exact location and address.
      Factors beyond our control could impact the delivery process but once you have received an email with your tracking number, you can view the progress of your package on our shipping partners websites.
    • Lower Mainland delivery is from 1-2 business days with Corporate Couriers link here.
    • Province-wide delivery takes from 1-3 business days with ATS Healthcare, depending on your location. Track your ATS Healthcare Package here.
    • Province-wide shipping with Canada Post may take between 1-12 business days. Track your Canada Post Package here.

    How does the delivery process work?

    • Monthly bundle package orders must be placed by 11:59:59pm on the last day of the month to receive shipment starting the following mid-month.
    • We will communicate with you via email and provide a tracking number once your package has been collected by one of our courier partners.
    • The bundle packages are recurring monthly subscriptions. If you are going to be away, you can delay shipping of your monthly order by going to Account Details, navigating to My Subscriptions or by contacting us prior to the cut off for that month’s orders or arrange to deliver to another address.

    How do I properly dispose of shipping packaging?

    We love our planet too so we’ve chosen our packaging with the environment in mind. Our shipping boxes are BC made from recycled materials, the pulp trays that keep your wine safe while in transit are made from 99% recycled newsprint and our tote carry boxes are 100% reusable and recyclable.

    Do I need to be home when the package is delivered? What happens if no one is?

    • Yes, someone 19 years of age and older needs to be home to sign for the package due to provincial laws. We suggest you choose a delivery address where your package can be received during business hours Monday to Friday to avoid missed delivery.
    • If you are not home to sign for your package, a door tag will be left with instructions.

    Can anyone sign for/receive the package?

    Only a person in your household/business who is 19 years or older can sign for the package.

    What happens if I didn’t get my monthly subscription?

    We will email you a notification when your subscription will be delivered with an order tracking number. If you do not receive your subscription, please contact our customer service at 1-866-205-8855 or email us at customerservice@pairedclub.com

    Billing

    How am I billed?

    • If you are buying a Paired Club subscription, your first month will be charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent months will be billed monthly on the 21st of the month until you cancel.
    • Paired Club makes a great gift! Whether you’re looking for a gift for a friend or a corporate gift for a client, wine is always an excellent choice. Choose one of our monthly bundles to send as a one off or even better, for multiple months! When buying a gift subscription, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase for the number of months selected.

    Is it safe to give my credit card and personal information?

    Paired Club is committed to the security and privacy of any information provided by you over the internet. Due to the inherent nature of the internet, Paired Club cannot guarantee that this information won’t be accessed or used by third parties. Any information you provide is at your own risk.     How can I pause or cancel my membership?

    If you want to pause or cancel your membership, go to Account Details and navigate to My Subscriptions.

    Are there membership cancellation fees?

    No, you can cancel your membership at any time, free of cost. You can also pause your monthly subscription at anytime. (Provided you do so before the cut off date).

    Are the shipping costs included in the package price?

    Shipping costs are additional to the bundle package price. There is free shipping within BC if your order is over $199 before taxes and fees. You can also choose to pick up at our convenient location at Bimini’s Liquor Store in Kitsilano located at 2018 W. 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.     Returns

    Can I choose to cancel my order?

    • All sales are final once you have selected and paid for your wine order and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Should you need to make changes to your monthly subscription, the deadline is the 20th of the month for the next month’s order.
    • If you want to pause or cancel your membership, go to Account Details and navigate to My Subscriptions.

    What can I do if my package is damaged upon arrival?
