Our team at Paired aims to provide you with an excellent shipping experience. With delivery available throughout British Columbia from our trusted courier partners we can ensure you get your wines, no matter where you are in our province.

Your exact location and address will determine the method and timing of delivery. We will communicate with you via email and provide a tracking number once your package has been collected by one of our courier partners.

How Paired is using sustainability and when to expect your delivery!

  • We use packaging that is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. We also offer re-usable tote bags for those of you who choose to pick up at our convenient location. The team at Paired loves our planet too!
  • Our packaging is discrete however provincial law requires couriers to verify age and get a signature from a person in your household/business who is 19 years or over, therefore packages cannot be left at your doorstep.
  • We suggest you choose a delivery address where your package can be received during business hours Monday to Friday to avoid a missed delivery.
  • If a second delivery is necessary fees will vary depending on the courier company and distance required to re-deliver. If you are not available to receive your package, a door tag will be left with instructions or you will be contacted to arrange for re-delivery.
  • If you do not wish to have your package re-delivered, we will have it returned to our warehouse and credit your account, less the shipping fees and a restocking fee of $10 +tax.
  • If for any reason we need to delay shipment of your package due to weather (or other constraints out of our control such as a shift in Covid protocols), we will keep you informed to the best of our abilities.
  • Remember, you can always come and pickup your order from our convenient location, Bimini’s Liquor Store in Kitsilano located at 2018 W. 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC and pay NO SHIPPING FEES!!
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING in BC for each order over $199 before taxes and fees
  • Packages will begin shipping mid-month.
  • We will communicate with you via email and provide a tracking number once your package has been collected by one of our courier partners.
  • If you are going to be away, you can delay shipping of your monthly order by contacting us prior to the cut off for that month’s orders or arrange to deliver to another address.

Pick up in Vancouver

  • Order Pickup is available in the lower mainland through our retail partner: Bimini’s Liquor Store – 2018 4th Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6J 1M9. 
  • If you chose Pickup as your option during checkout, we will inform you by email and provide pickup details when your package is ready.

Local delivery – Vancouver and the Lower Mainland

If you reside in the Lower Mainland, a flat shipping fee of $17 +tax will be applied at checkout:

  • We will communicate with you via email and provide a tracking number once your package has been collected by one of our courier partners.
  • Packages will be delivered during business hours the next business day.
  • One delivery attempt will be made, a door tag will be left if delivery is unsuccessful, and arrangements can be made with Corporate Couriers for redelivery (a redelivery fee will apply).

Anywhere in BC- ATS Healthcare

  • Ships around the province in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Temperature controlled trucks keep your wine safe year-round.
  • ATS has a surcharge of $5.50 to residential addresses so shipping to a business address will save you $5.50!
  • One delivery attempt will be made, a door tag will be left if delivery is unsuccessful, and arrangements can be made with ATS for redelivery (a redelivery fee will apply).

Anywhere in BC- Canada Post

  • Package shipping is available to all addresses in BC, including Rural delivery.
  • Depending on your location, delivery will take between one and 12 business days.
  • Package tracking is available through Canada Post’s website.
  • One delivery attempt will be made, a door tag will be left if delivery was unsuccessful.
  • Your package will be held at the nearest post office for pick up.
  • Photo ID with a matching delivery address, and your tracking number are required to pick up your package.

Cancellation & Returns

Cancelling your order: All sales are final once you have selected and paid for your wine order and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Should you need to make changes to your monthly subscription, the deadline is the 20th of the month for the next month’s order. Changes, such as pausing your subscription, can be made through your Paired Club account under My Subscriptions 

Returns

Damaged product: While our packaging provides a safe nest for your wine, occasionally bottles do get broken in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the broken bottle within 7 days of receiving your order to wineteam@pairedclub.com and we will gladly work out an acceptable solution for you.

Corked bottle: Should you need to return a bottle to us due to the wine being off or corked, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide details as to how you can return the at least ¾ full bottle to us for a replacement.

Dislike a bottle: We recognize that trying a new and unfamiliar wine can sometimes be challenging for your palate. Our wines have been chosen for their unique and interesting qualities and we ask you to keep an open mind when trying them to allow yourself the opportunity to introduce new experiences into your wine journey. We encourage you to further explore the wines you’ve received by attending a virtual tasting.  Another option is to customize your monthly bundle package by taking the quiz. You can choose your own personalized wine bundle package monthly or recurring, curated by our sommelier team based on your unique tasting profile.

 

Food bundle packages: Is there an issue with your food bundle? We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we will work out an acceptable solution for you.

Billing:

If you are buying a Paired Club subscription, your first month will be charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent months will be billed monthly on the 21st of the month until you cancel.

Paired Club makes a great gift! Whether you’re looking for a gift for a friend or a corporate gift for a client, wine is always an excellent choice. Choose one of our monthly bundles to send as a one off or even better, for multiple months! When buying a gift subscription, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase for the number of months selected.
