Cancelling your order: All sales are final once you have selected and paid for your wine order and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Should you need to make changes to your monthly subscription, the deadline is the 20th of the month for the next month’s order. Changes, such as pausing your subscription, can be made through your Paired Club account under My Subscriptions
Damaged product: While our packaging provides a safe nest for your wine, occasionally bottles do get broken in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the broken bottle within 7 days of receiving your order to email@example.com and we will gladly work out an acceptable solution for you.
Corked bottle: Should you need to return a bottle to us due to the wine being off or corked, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide details as to how you can return the at least ¾ full bottle to us for a replacement.
Dislike a bottle: We recognize that trying a new and unfamiliar wine can sometimes be challenging for your palate. Our wines have been chosen for their unique and interesting qualities and we ask you to keep an open mind when trying them to allow yourself the opportunity to introduce new experiences into your wine journey. We encourage you to further explore the wines you’ve received by attending a virtual tasting. Another option is to customize your monthly bundle package by taking the quiz. You can choose your own personalized wine bundle package monthly or recurring, curated by our sommelier team based on your unique tasting profile.
